About PRV Consultancy:

 

PRV was set up in 2019 to offer professional yet practical Health and Safety advice and assistance, Project management and Contract Management services.

 

Having worked for many years in operational roles delivering projects and being responsible for Health and safety across multiple industries such as construction, aggregates, waste and renewable energy, PRV founder Paul Flanagan felt he had a lot to offer to a wide range of companies who were struggling to take the next step to tackle larger projects or tenders and offer a unique and comprehensive health and safety service.

 

By utilising this operational insight and extensive H&S Qualifications, rather than coming from a purely academic H&S background, PRV can understand the practical pressures of applying rigid H&S procedures on the ground from both a financial, pratical and cultural perspective and work with the delivery and operational teams to achieve Health and Safety improvements.
